China Kingho Beijing News (A Yong) On July 18, China Kingho Group held H1 Wrap-Up Meeting. Huo Qinghua, Chairman of China Kingho Group, Chief Economist Li Nengji, Chief Accountant Yang Lei, Li Chuanrui, Director of Chairman’s Office, and all department leaders and employees of the headquarters presented at the meeting.
First, Jiang Chuan, Assistant General Manager of the Management Department, had a summary presentation to the group’s production, operation, key work and budget execution of the group in the way of “strategy map” and had a periodic review of the work of each department in the first half.
Mr. Li Chuanrui summed up the construction of government bodies in the first half and highlighted the construction of working style. He pointed out that all members of the company should develop a pragmatic, unity and hard work style no matter organizational style or ideological style building, be strict with themselves and properly positioned, eliminate the attitude of selfishness, and improve the quality of work through changing the style of work.
Chief Accountant-Yang Lei stressed that in the year of 2013 the group pursued for profitability and savings, and in the first half of year the Group's headquarters eyed good budget execution condition. She hoped that all employees continue to keep and carry forward the thrift style in the second half.
Then, chief economist Li Nengzhi made a concluding remark. She said that against the backdrop of coal market downturn this year we should look for the key value-added link in the industrial chain to improve product’s added-value, make marketing efforts, combine single trade with financial trade and make good use of national policy to improve the operating revenue. She put forward specific requirements on the group’s safe production, management and financial system construction. Targeting at style building, she stressed that employees should find their proper positions, resist liberalism, strengthen sense of responsibility, exert positive energy and promote righteousness.
Finally, the chairman made important instructions. First, he affirmed the achievements of the Group in the first half and expressed thanks to the efforts of all employees. Then, he put forward specific requirements from three aspects: First, make efforts to strengthen the Group's corporate culture building. The key of group culture building lies in implementation, and all employees must buckle down and have conscientious self-summarization, have a positive attitude during work, throw themselves into work with a realistic and pragmatic attitude, and face work with full spirit and enthusiasm; Second, build a learning-oriented enterprise. He asked everyone to be good at learning during work. Especially leaders, they should conscientiously study industrial policy or professional knowledge for self-improvement; third, improve safety awareness. Safety awareness is a long-term topic for industry development, and safety issue is closely related to every employee. We should pay attention to production safety, operational safety and cash flow security and endeavor to implement them.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman made fervent expectations. He said that, the headquarters is the Group's management function organization and headquarters employees must continue to enhance their ability, improve personal professional qualities and be able to manage and control the businesses of all branches to adapt to the rapid development of modern society. In the challenging second half of year, we should throw themselves into work with high enthusiasm, pick themselves up and fight for the better tomorrow of Kingho.
